DETAILS

Marine hydraulic power components mainly consist of hydraulic pumps and hydraulic motors, which are the core energy conversion devices of the ship's hydraulic system.
Hydraulic pumps convert the mechanical energy of the ship's main engine or auxiliary engine into the pressure energy of hydraulic oil, providing a high-pressure power source for the system. Types such as gear pumps and plunger pumps are common in systems like steering gears and windlasses, ensuring stable power output. Hydraulic motors, on the other hand, convert hydraulic energy back into mechanical energy to drive rotating movements of deck machinery, cabin equipment, etc. For example, cycloid motors are often used in windlasses and winches to provide continuous high torque.
They need to adapt to complex environments such as ship vibration, salt spray, and temperature changes, so they mostly adopt anti-corrosion and impact-resistant designs. Moreover, they form an energy cycle through cooperative work, ensuring the efficient operation of various ship machinery.
